My Baking tips & tools of the moment ... 1) Don't forget to go to Bulk Barn and grab some great Valentine's Day baking decorations. They have everything from mini heart sprinkles to conversations hearts and heart shaped molds. 2) Totonac Mexican Vanilla. The best vanilla in my opinion. 3) Chicago Metallic mini cheesecake pan. I used this pan on CityLine and it became a huge hit. People tend to be less intimidated by mini cheesecakes they will quickly disappear at a get together. I also just picked up a mini heart shaped one at Home Outfitter's. That's all for now but look for photos and updates from my Paris trip in February. Hi there, Saturday November 14th I will be at Chapters Westside 170 st. in Edmonton from 2-4 pm for a little meet and greet and some samples from my book. Thanks to BT in Edmonton, EZ Rock, The Edmonton Journal for helping spread the word about my book & event!!

Hi there, This Thursday October 29th I have a meet & greet event at the Chapters on Rideau street from 12- 2pm. Come on out for some yummy samples from my book and look for my segments on A Mornings that same day!

Saturday July 4th the great people of Books for Cooks in London's Covent Gardens (130 King St.) are hosting a book signing for The Happy Baker. I'll be there with my cupcake station complete with icing and sprinkles from 11am-2pm. Hope to see ya'll there.
